hi i'm rishabh.

i'm an AI engineering student at penn state, currently working on infrastructure and platform systems at Cisco in san francisco.

at Cisco, i'm extending the production simulator behind Nexus One — Hyperfabric. i build deterministic models of switches, servers, BMCs, firmware, optics, interfaces, counters, and Redfish sensors so production collection paths can be exercised before they touch hardware.

outside work, i build agent protocols, developer tools, and research demos. lately that includes intentfile, a tiny task-contract format for agents, and Mandate Protocol, a way for agents to carry scoped permission when they act for someone. i'm also exploring LLM caching, an OCT imaging workflows, and tiny tools that should feel obvious once they exist.

intentfile - a tiny open format for agent task contracts, acceptance criteria, permissions, and proof-of-done.

Mandate Protocol - a protocol for signed delegation between AI agents: scoped mandates, bound tokens, service metadata, and receipts.

mdbar - a macOS menu bar markdown notebook with daily notes, plain .md files, and a global shortcut.

Glance - a macOS screen-understanding SDK that reads app structure, labels, values, and exact coordinates for AI agents.

OCT Copilot Lab - a retinal OCT research demo for scan classification, Grad-CAM++ highlights, and structured draft reports.

PDFSpacer - a no-login PDF editor that adds blank space into worksheets, diagrams, and forms.

SharePen - an AI writing product i built, raised funding for, and sold.
